Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the return is accepted by our quality team.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
